In 2023, I spent four months designing and developing an asynchronous e-Learning course for new Gastroenterology Associates. The course consisted of eight separate modules covering a variety of topics to assist the new associate in gaining the core knowledge of the GI/endoscopy specialty and work setting. The client wanted to utilize diagrams and images, open-ended questions, and a post-test in which the learner needed to pass with at least an 80% in order to complete the module.
